LITHOGRAPH MATERIAL

All illustrations are printed on McCoy acid free lithograph paper. We assure you the highest quality reproduction possible, through our stringent quality control process. We take painstaking efforts to digitally master our colors down to the finest detail. We finish the process with a vainer coat, which is applied only over the rendering, assuring our lithographs will last for generations. “My printers are not only master printers but artiest themselves. ORDERING

Payment Options: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Payment by check, money order or purchase order must be in U.S. funds. Make check payable to Scott Boulton Enterprise. SHIPPING

All orders are shipped UPS ground freight throughout the United States. A $9.00 charge will be added to your order. A signature is required upon delivery. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. We generally ship within two days of receipt or order. However, please allow five business days to process and ship orders.

PACKAGING

All lithographs are rolled, sleeved and packaged in a custom tube. Exception “Forever In Our Memory” deluxe edition is packaged and shipped flat using a four-layer process, due to the 120# cover stock lithograph paper.

WHY ROLLED - NOT FLAT?

Our research shows that packaging our lithographs in custom tubes insures the integrity of our lithograph better then flat packaging. Note: when you receive your lithograph please remove it from the tube and lay flat to prevent a “roll” memory. Handle the lithographs with extreme care. Never support the weight of the lithograph by the center of the print. Always use two hands from each end supporting the weight evenly, to prevent a ding or crease on the lithograph.

DAMAGED PRINTS

After receiving your lithographs inspect the tube for damage. If the prints are damaged, please contact customer service E-MAIL boultonart@cox.net or (440) 570-4954. We will need your invoice number and an explanation of what is damaged, so we can dispatch UPS to pick up your order. Upon delivery from UPS, we will reissue your new order.
